the arts was a pleasant surprise during my stay in istanbul. the location was incredibly close to taksim square, which made exploring easy. the staff, especially ali and azid, were genuinely helpful during our visit.

The air conditioning didn't work properly during hot weather!!! , serious noise disturbances from outside and within the hotel!!! , weak Wi-Fi signals hindered connectivity !!! , lack of proper security measures left guests feeling vulnerable!!!

Gökhan and Rabia at the reception were particularly helpful. they offered tips and assistance throughout my stay. I did face issues with noise. thin walls let sounds from neighbors disturb my sleep. Breakfast variety could be improved too, as some items felt a bit limited. the hotel has potential but needs attention on noise insulation and breakfast quality.

I had a lovely time enjoying the pool and indulging in some spa treatments that helped me unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel offers a nice sauna and a cozy garden area which were great for relaxation. The only bummer was that the shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

Had a great time with my friends! The atmosphere was fun, and we enjoyed the gym too. It was a quick walk to so many restaurants nearby. The staff were super welcoming and always ready to help. Definitely make use of the laundry service. it saved us time after a long day exploring the city.

Unfortunately, we faced some issues with room cleanliness and a malfunctioning air conditioner that nobody addressed, which took away from our experience.

The hotel is recently renovated with clean, comfortable rooms that provide a pleasant environment. It is strategically located near shops and only a 5-minute walk to Istiklal Street, which is very convenient. I particularly enjoyed the stunning city view from my room that added charm to my stay.
